 Do you crave sugar; have body fat to reduce, suffer from fatigue in the afternoon, and a have need for more energy?

When you eat candy, choose the best of the category that will cause the least dysbiosis and gut upset. i.e., hard candies, centered around just sugar such as skittles etc, with the least fat and no dairy, can you name a few in this category that you might choose -dairy free, lower fat ? ---

For the sugar cravings, which are a sign your body isn’t able to release enough glucose as it needs it, I would suggest you check with your doctor to start you on Isocort and Adrenal complex (call us or order from our web site). if Adrenal Complex is used in the morning and afternoon, just before that time when you feel the need for a nap, it will get you thru that time better and keep your metabolism higher, releasing the glucose sugars your body is craving (adrenal burnout, if unable to release enough sugar due to the inability to produce enough cortisol) you also need to step out in the sun for 15 to 30 minutes a day for a walk, to absorb the light to produce cortisol naturally. With exercise, the mind set of thinking of exercising daily is best, and early morning, then if you miss one or two days a week your doing fine.  Have the dumbbells (15 lbs to 20 lbs) set the dumbbells near or under your desk, so once every three to six hours you to a few hundred reps with your telephone headset on.
