Our hormones are responsible for many critical functions of the body. They are the body's most important method of communication between the brain and the individual cells as well as between the cells themselves. Therefore, we cannot function optimally when we experience a decline in our hormone levels.

This not only affects 'old people'. Yet it is where we see the most obvious signs of our hormone levels declining. For example wrinkled or thinning skin, weak bones and muscles, loss of energy and vigour, loss of libido or sex drive, poor eyesight, frequent illness and disease, etc. It begins to affect us as early as our mid 20's where we can lose as much as 10-20% of our hormone production each decade following faster, in some cases, depending on how we treat our bodies.

If your goal is to stay young and healthy and to look good and feel great all through your life, you cannot ignore the information provided in this book. This will ensure your hormones are kept at your optimal level and you will feel comfortable and in control of your life.
